This aluminum skirt is an easy-to-install solution to roof leaks caused by failure of rubber boots on roof vent pipes, without the use of caulk or glue. An EPDM rubber ring is provided that will outlast conventional rubber. Fits 3" vent pipes (Outside pipe diameter: 3.5 inches)
